Good Morning Johnnies!
I haven't posted for a while. Been very busy with school....and playing the third Professor Layton game. I finished it in less than a week, faster than the other two. I just had so much fun with the puzzles and the overall plot -- which I will not reveal any of, because it's just more fun to play the game without spoilers WHATSOEVER.
On that note, I think I will be cosplaying Emmy Altava from the second Layton trilogy and the movie. And Nick will be my Layton. I'm still trying to figure out what con to do our Layton cosplay though. I also have to work on my secret cosplay and Scottish Minmay for Ohayocon.
Sugoicon was a really fun this year. I wore my Sheryl Nome cosplay a lot of the time and a lot of people seem to love it. Sadly, I didn't get any pictures of myself in cosplay, so if anyone sees any pictures, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I'll be wearing it again for Ohayocon and have a photoshoot with my Ranka-chan.
End of the quarter is coming close and I need to get ready for my two Fashion finals. But I really want to sew up another cosplay since I finished Sheryl.

Cosplay and Sugoicon. And Unicorns
Good morning Johnnies and happy belated Halloween!
I've been busy with school this weekend. A real drag, but I got a lot of Sheryl done in between, so hopefully I can get it done during my class breaks with some hand sewing. I don't have much to do, just the white lacing in the front, the zipper in the back, and the garter clips.
Advice to anyone thinking of making the Lion outfit. It's way more work than you think it is. Most of what was antagonizing me about this cosplay was that I wanted it to look and feel right...because I've seen a lot of shitty ones that proportion it wrongly.
Sugoicon is at the end of the week. I'm excited for the con because I'm hanging out with a lot of my very close friends (again). And Allie and I will finally be Ranka and Sheryl together.
That extra costume I was talking about, I will see about getting it done, but I still have work to do on Sheryl and fixing up Boa Hancock....I just got the stuff for her cape, so I'm going to work on that. I can probably get a lot of stuff done if I can get my glue gun to school.
Also, I got episode 2 of Gundam Unicorn! I'm very excited to watch it, as I've been looking forward to seeing Full Frontal and hearing his Char Aznable voice (if you didn't know, I have a HUGE crush on Char Aznable and got into Gundam because of him).
